The token powering the Omni Capital treasury.
$OMNI is designed around ETH and USDG markets and a dedicated Treasury Tax whose stated purpose is to build a long-term $NET staking position for the Omni Treasury.

3% total pool fee.
The planned launch uses par.family's 1% base fee plus a 2% project allocation that Omni Capital designates as the Treasury Tax.
par.family may use different platform terminology for this fee setting. Omni Capital publicly designates the 2% allocation as the Treasury Tax and reserves it for the treasury rather than project funding, team compensation, or marketing.
Tax revenue goes to work.
Instead of dividing the Treasury Tax between development and marketing, the intended strategy is to keep it inside the Omni Treasury and use treasury capital to acquire $NET.
Why NET?
NetNet describes NET as a reserve instrument on Robinhood Chain. Its staking program distributes according to an onchain formula on an eight-hour cadence, with the rate dependent on protocol conditions.
Open NetNet Shareholder Services↗Omni interface fee
The planned Omni Capital market interface adds a clearly disclosed 0.49% fee to eligible swaps routed through OmniCapitalOnChain.com, including supported Stock Token markets and $OMNI markets when available. The interface fee is designated for the Omni Treasury and follows the treasury strategy.
Transparent execution.
The asset received as a trading fee can vary with trade direction. Omni Capital intends to disclose treasury conversions, $NET purchases, staking positions, and distribution activity onchain after launch so the strategy can be checked rather than taken on trust.

Stock Tokens belong in the Terminal.
$OMNI is not a Stock Token and does not represent ownership of any public company. Stock Tokens tracked by Omni Terminal are market data, not redeemable backing for $OMNI.
